About The Role InCred is looking for ambitious and competitive inside sales representative to join our Business Development Sales team as we continue to grow our team.  We are looking for people who are both team players and self-starters.

We need someone who is driven, business-minded, not afraid of cold calling and likes to network.  Do whatever it takes to ensure all sales growth objectives are met!  This position reports to the VP Sales and Customer Success.

We created student loan refinancing, addressing the biggest financial challenge this new generation has through a new approach to lending. We expanded into other types of loans, and then into insurance and wealth management with similarly inventive products. As the company has grown, we’ve been able to help more people with these tools.


  • Generate new business by prospecting new accounts (lead generation, cold calling, and networking); proactively identifying potential InCred at Work opportunities.
  • Work on leads submitted by our Marketing team and Channel partners
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients in a professional and effective manner
  • Negotiate agreements with key business executives (Direct Clients: Benefits, Total Rewards and Recruiting Executives; Indirect Clients: Benefit Consultants and Providers)
  • Function as the representative face of InCred at trade shows, events, and partner presentations
  • Motivated by the challenge to meet and exceed targeted levels of sales activities


  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background is desirable
  • 2-3 years of sales/cold-calling experience preferred
  • Systems Knowledge:, high proficiency with Excel
  • Passion for technology and possess a high level of integrity
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
  • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
